All Swap Meet items must be automotive-related, vintage collectibles, or handcrafted goods as approved by event coordinators. To maintain our show's heritage, all featured vehicles must be 1974 or older. Liability & Security: While security is provided, Fastiques Rod & Custom and the Clermont County Fairgrounds are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property or vehicles. Refund & Charity Policy: Because the Pumpkin Run Nationals is a charitable event, all vendor and registration fees are non-refundable and serve as direct donations to Shriners Children’s and our local partners. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, family-friendly environment for all enthusiasts.
